Collected Vanity is a curated shop of vintage and pre-loved pieces for your vanity, bathroom, and getting-ready space. We source glassware, ceramics, trays, bowls, vessels, and other objects that were often made for something completely different, then reimagine them for everyday beauty storage and display.

Orders are carefully packed and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Because many pieces are glass, ceramic, or otherwise fragile, we take a little extra time to make sure everything is properly protected before it leaves us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and number of items in your order.

We package fragile pieces carefully, which may include protective wrapping and additional cushioning to help them arrive safely.

Collected Vanity ships within the United States only. We may expand shipping locations in the future.

Most pieces are vintage or pre-loved. Occasionally, we may include newer found objects that fit the Collected Vanity world. Each listing will include any maker, era, material, or provenance information we’re able to verify.

Yes, almost always. Each piece is individually sourced, which means quantities are extremely limited and most items will not be restocked once sold.

All pieces are pre-loved and carefully inspected before being listed.

Vintage items may show subtle signs of age and previous use, including light surface wear, small scratches, crazing, variations in the glass or glaze, or other minor imperfections. We consider these part of the character of vintage pieces, but any notable flaws will be disclosed in the product listing.

We research maker’s marks, patterns, materials, shapes, and comparable vintage listings whenever possible.

Vintage identification is not always an exact science, so we only include details we believe can be reasonably supported. If the maker or date cannot be confirmed, we’ll keep the description more general.

Many of our finds originally started life as candy dishes, relish trays, berry bowls, serving pieces, or small decorative vessels. We reimagine them for things like makeup, lip products, brushes, jewelry, hair accessories, perfume minis, cotton rounds, and other getting-ready essentials.

Because our inventory includes a mix of vintage glass, ceramic, stoneware, and other materials, we recommend gently hand washing whenever possible.

Avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh chemicals, and extreme temperature changes, especially with older glassware and ceramics.
