Important Shop Information

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Each piece is individually wrapped and packed with care, especially fragile glassware and ceramics. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

At this time, Collected Vanity ships within the United States only.

Returns

We want you to love what you collected.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was materially different from the listing.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Because our pieces are vintage and often one of one, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

Vintage Condition Disclaimer

Collected Vanity specializes in vintage and pre-loved pieces.

Minor wear, variation, patina, crazing, surface marks, manufacturing irregularities, and other subtle signs of age may be present. These are expected characteristics of previously owned vintage goods and do not necessarily constitute damage.

Any notable flaws we identify will be photographed or disclosed in the listing.

Product Photography Disclaimer

Styled product photography may include makeup, skincare, jewelry, sunglasses, flowers, brushes, or other decorative accessories to show how a piece could be used.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these accessories are not included with purchase.

Color may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Measurements

All measurements are approximate.

We do our best to provide accurate dimensions, but small variations may occur. Please review measurements carefully before purchasing.

Care

We recommend hand washing vintage glassware, ceramic, and stoneware pieces with mild soap and warm water.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, dishwashers, and sudden temperature changes unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Decorative Use

Many Collected Vanity pieces were originally made for dining or serving.

Because we cannot always verify the composition, finish, or manufacturing standards of vintage items, pieces are sold primarily for decorative and organizational use. Food safety is not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
